1. Return conditions:
- If the mechanical components you received have quality problems or do not match the order description, you can initiate a return.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 working days of receiving the goods.
- Products must be in their original unused condition and must not be damaged, altered or show signs of use.
- All accompanying manuals, accessories, and packaging materials should be complete and undamaged.

2. Return process:
- Please contact our Customer Service Department to submit a return request and provide the order number, product photos and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide the return address and necessary return instructions.
- Pack the product safely and return it via the designated logistics service provider.
- After the product arrives at our warehouse, we will conduct a quality inspection and confirm that the return conditions are met, then we will start the refund procedure.

3. Refund details:
- If the return conditions are met, we will refund the full amount to your original payment account via Alipay.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receipt and confirmation of the returned merchandise.
- If the product does not meet the return conditions, we will communicate with you the reason for the return rejection and return the product.
